Wines we’re loving…A revolution you can taste…

Another South African Revolution? Definitely!

We’re very excited to be carrying some of the most exciting wines coming out of South Africa today! In the “soon to be very well known” region of Swartland on the West Coast of the Cape, a handful of extremely talented winemakers are making wines that break all pre-conceived notions of what South African wines are all about. Stellenbosch? Paarl? Sure. Swartland? Absolutely.

Great old vine Chenin Blanc. Syrah, Grenache, Mouvedre…we love them, and know you will too…

A.A. Badenhorst Secateurs Range

We’ve been following Adi Badenhorst’s wine from when he was winemaker at Rustenberg Winery…just an amazing winemaker!

A.A. Badenhorst Family White and Red – killer stuff…

Mullineux Family Wines

Mullineux Family Wines is a new winery for us but everything they make is absolutely breathtaking!

And the Chenin Blanc Straw wine is out of this world…

The line up…

One huge notable mention is Sadie Family Wines – we have been following Eben Sadie ever since his days at Spice Route and have carried his Columella and Palladius wine ever since we opened. These are mind-blowing wines and we are looking forward to have them back on our list once the wines finalize placement with their new distributor…stay tuned.
